CPD Farms

Cecelia always knew she wanted to be able to raise sheep and spin her own yarn. Her adventures started with learning to spin on a navajo hip spindle at a young age. It was a natural progression to a spinning wheel from there. A friend started her on the journey of raising sheep when she gifted her with a single wild sheep. Although the sheep did not produce any useable wool, it did ignite her passion to be a shepherdess even further which ultimately led to CPD Farm.

At the farm, there are baby goats to play with, eggs to gather, sheep to snuggle, yarn to spin in the loom room and seasonal fruit or vegetables to harvest. You might even be there for a birth of baby goats or sheep in the spring or summer. Sheering happens in April or May. Located in Palomar Mountain, CA.
