Faith and Fleece Alpacas

Don and Tracy Pellegrino started as animal enthusiasts, purchasing their first alpacas a little over 10 years ago.  They started in the Inland Empire with a little bit of land and two alpacas. Unsurprisingly, they fell head-over-heels while adding to their herd and knowledge. Next they knew, they were combining forces with Alpacas of Windy Hill. For about 8 years now they have together managed about 200 alpacas on the ranch.  Faith and Fleece own approximately 30 suri and 30 huacaya alpacas and average almost a dozen babies a year, breeding primarily greys in both huacaya and suri.

They produce about 200 pounds of huacayas and 150 suri, about half of which is blanket fiber the other half seconds and thirds, usable for roving or felting.  They also produce alpaca yarn, knit beanies, some felted items; dryer balls, goat-milk felted soaps; and they have over a few hundred pounds of raw fleece available.
