Shepherdess Land & Livestock Co. is a 100% woman-owned targeted grazing business based out of Upper Ojai, California which provides vegetation management services, consultation, education, and training. We have a micro-fiber flock of California Reds and will be bringing on Navajo-Churro sheep in the coming year. 

We use holistic prescribed grazing methods with goats and sheep for fire fuel load reduction, invasive species management, and ecosystem health enhancement. The health and care of our animals are of utmost importance and their sole jobs throughout their life are to do what they do best — eat!

Our services are climate beneficial — working to improve public and private land stewardship by promoting soil health, biodiversity, healthy watershed function, native habitat enhancement, and sequestering of invasive species.
